The Riverie is a new all-electric, geothermal-powered residential development on the Greenpoint waterfront. It consists of two towers (37 & 20 stories) connected by a podium, offering studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as select townhomes. Interiors feature in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, and oversized windows.
