대부분은 학교에 가기 위해 버스를 이용하고, 버스 정류장에서 1~3분 정도 걸어갑니다. 학교까지는 10~17분 정도 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다~ 아파트에는 다양한 Apple 컴퓨터와 프린터가 있는 작업 공간이 있습니다. 인쇄는 무료로 가능합니다. 아래에는 카페, Five Guys, Taco Bell, 그리고 태국 음식 레스토랑이 있습니다! 매우 방음이 잘 되어 있습니다! 옆 소리는 들리지 않지만, 외부 복도의 소리는 들립니다. 수리 보고서는 약 3~4시간마다 수리를 위해 반납됩니다. 이사할 때 사무실 차량을 빌릴 수 있어 매우 편리했습니다! 사무실에서는 간식을 얻기 위한 이벤트도 자주 개최합니다.

The building is within walking distance to University of Southern California, Los Angeles Trade Technical College and Mount Saint Mary's University Los Angeles(Doheny Campus). There are common areas, monthly residence events, a fitness centre, a pool and some recreation areas for students to relax in your free time. Around this student housing, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and café for students to start your exciting future in LA. West 27th Place Apartment is well-connected, Lattc/Ortho Institute, the nearest metro station, is a 6-minute walk away.

At West 27th Place Los Angeles, students can choose from private studio, 1B1B, 2B2B to 4B2B. All the apartments are fully furnished with open layouts and equipped with household supplies for cooking and cleaning. Each unit has a large flatscreen TV for a more engaging and cinematic experience, an in-unit washer and dryer for washing clothes and a balcony for relaxation. The apartment offers modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, an oven, a sink, a microwave, an electric range, and some cabinets. Besides, the building is surrounded by several large supermarkets, such as Ralphs Fresh Fare, Hoover Ranch Market, Trader Joe's etc., which is convenient for residents to purchase daily necessities. In addition, there are several bars and theater nearby West 27th Place for the students to enjoy their nightlife, such as 901 Bar and Grill, Mal's Bar, Ray Stark Family Theatre.
