The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, large mirror, towel, and chair. The bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, a pillow, and a quilt. A large wardrobe, a mirror, a bedside table, and a table lamp. There are two shared communities for the residents. They are the laundry room and the study room. Victory House East Apartment benefits from its proximity to some bus stations; the bus stations are Hoover / 28th, Hoover / 30th. The student only needs to walk for 8 minutes to reach the station. The University of Southern California is an 11-minute walk from the housing or 2 minutes drive.
