Hope Flower Apartments is a luxurious student housing in Los Angeles. One reason for renting there is that we offer a well-equipped studio and one two-bedroom apartment with modern decor. The open-plan layout provides elegant details, such as a wood-paneled floor or bar, and the living room exudes a relaxed atmosphere. Think of windows that give you a panoramic view of Los Angeles. Resaturants, butcher shops, supermarkets and shopping centers surrounded the Hope + Flower. For students studying at Mount Saint Mary's University LA (Doheny Campus) and University of Southern California, students living in the apartment could save lots of commute time.

Feature

Hope Flower Apartments has four rooms: Studio, 1B, 2B and 3B. Firstly, the studio is a self-contained living space. It usually consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom, all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy or a couple. The other room types have bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one or more bathrooms. The room types include a closet, indoor washer and dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, pantry and bathtub. This apartment provides Business Center, Bike Storage, Study Room, Lounge, and other shared communities. The apartment also provides a gym, swimming pool, cinema room, pet park, yoga studio and music studio for the students to enjoy their time and relax with their friends.
