The Standard Berkeley is a modern student apartment in Berkeley located in 2580 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, California. Nestled near bustling Berkeley downtown, it is a newly renovated construction flat with 318 units and 588 beds. Brand new and well-furnished, the Standard at Berkeley are available in various room types and fitted with a wide range of amenities and plenty of communal facilities for you to enjoy. There are two universities near the Standard, which are University of California Berkeley, and Berkeley City College, making it an ideal home for students seeking excellence and comfort.

 

The Standard at Berkeley has eight floors, and it offers six types of rooms, including 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, and Studio, each with a particular character and excellent facilities. Interior amenities in this apartment include mattresses, dressers, and sofas, and the kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. A storage room is also provided, providing more convenience for you to store your daily stuff.
