The window can't open completely, but that's how it's designed; it's not broken. The sound insulation here in the UK isn't great, as you can hear the sounds from outside and the water running from the neighboring room. The heating isn't particularly warm, but everything else is quite good.

Can I have a friend stay overnight?
Your guests are more than welcome to accompany you and the apartment asks that you let the apartment team know and that your roommates are also considered. You are solely responsible to your guests and will be held liable for any complaints or damages caused by them.
How do I report a room maintenance issue?
Within 7 days of your arrival you will receive a checklist to complete and any issues you may find can be reported to property staff – who can then resolve them for you.
When should I check out?
Your final check-out date is the end date of the tenancy. You can leave before the tenancy end date, you just need to sign at reception to inform the on-site property team that you have left and do not intend to return.
