I really appreciate all the help Ma Khin Yadanar gave me throughout the process of sorting out my student accommodation. She was very patient and understanding with all my questions, especially when I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. I didn’t know much about how student accommodation works in the UK, but she explained everything clearly and guided me step by step. She also spoke directly with Student Roost for my booking, helped confirm payment details, and even supported me with my financial situation by checking options and talking things through. Her support made the whole booking experience a lot less stressful. I’m really thankful for everything she did.

Yes, you need to reconfirm with the apartment whether the room type you choose allows double occupancy, and the co-resident needs to be a student.

What is the general difference between Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum room types?

The main difference is the size of the building area, but each room has the same furniture, decoration style, etc. Note: There may also be other minor differences between apartment buildings in different cities.

Can I switch if I don't like my room?

If other students cancel the room, or agree to exchange with you, you can contact the property management team of the apartment, and the staff will try their best to meet your needs. However, except for the different room types and different building areas, the configuration and facilities of each room are the same.
