24시간 프런트가 없습니다. 화재 경보가 자주 울립니다. 중국인이 많지 않습니다. 회사를 변경한 후 캐시백을 받지 못했습니다. 방음은 괜찮은 편입니다. 세면대가 매우 작습니다. 위치는 아주 좋고, 아래층에 중국 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.

시내 중심가는 매우 편리하며, 아래층에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 방음은 괜찮지만, 여전히 소음이 조금 들립니다. 장비는 자주 유지보수 되지만, 일반적으로 속도가 꽤 빠릅니다. 프론트 데스크는 24시간 운영되며, 배달 등도 매우 편리합니다.

다른 아파트와 비교했을 때 명백한 장점은 난방이 매우 따뜻하고 전기 히터를 구매할 필요가 없으며 자동으로 꺼지지 않아서 모든 것이 당신의 관리 하에 있다는 점입니다. 스튜디오는 매우 좋은 방음이 되지만, 문이 소음을 잘 차단하지는 않지만 방 사이에는 소음이 전혀 없습니다. 아파트는 특히 작지만 매우 아늑하며, 직원들은 아주 친절합니다. 제가 이사할 때 몇 가지 문제가 있었고 특정 후속 작업을 처리할 수 없었기 때문에 프런트 데스크에 이메일을 보냈고, 그들은 저의 보증금을 차감하겠다고 말하지 않고 그것을 처리하는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 단점은 욕실이 다소 작고 세면대가 손바닥 크기 정도라는 점입니다. 또한 엘리베이터는 항상 유지보수 중입니다. 나머지는 꽤 좋습니다.
