How to pay rent?
Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, then tick the items that need to be paid, and click pay to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder information, and please ensure that the payment card has sufficient credit, and the bank is opened and supports payment behavior. Please note that payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. All rooms are furnished, but students need to bring their own bedding and kitchen utensils.
Can I bring my own appliances?
For health and safety reasons, students are not permitted to bring certain electrical devices. These include rice cookers, microwave ovens, slow cookers, space heaters, refrigerators, dishwashers, humidifiers, smoke machines and electric blankets.

What is a guarantor?
A guarantor is a person aged 18 or above who bears joint financial responsibility for the lease. If the student is unable to pay the rent due for any reason, the guarantor is responsible for paying the rent. The apartment has the right to ask the guarantor to recover the unpaid amount, so it is very important for the student's guarantor to understand their responsibilities.

Who can be a guarantor?
Guarantor conditions: -over 18 years of age; -living in the UK for at least 12 months; -full-time job or a homeowner. The sponsor must also provide a copy of photo identification and a copy of proof of address in the UK, which needs to be valid for less than three months.
What if I want to cancel my reservation?
Please note that you do not have the right to cancel the tenancy once the student has signed the tenancy agreement, so if the student chooses to cancel the booking, they will forfeit their deposit and any rent paid and will still be bound by the tenancy agreement obligations. The property may consider cancellation requests on its own, but there is no guarantee that students will be able to cancel the lease, nor is the property obliged to agree to do so. Students can contact the apartment manager directly (by phone, email, or in person) to discuss any cancellation requests. Can I leave early?
Can. However, even if students no longer live in the apartment, they still need to pay rent for the entire lease period. Please contact the apartment reception.
