아파트 시설은 매우 새롭고 꽤 좋습니다. 다만 아래층 리셉션에 직원이 항상 상주하는 것은 아니라서, 급한 일이 생기면 불편할 수 있습니다. 시내 중심가까지는 걸어서 약 15분, 학교까지는 20~25분 정도 걸립니다. 근처에 Tesco가 있어 장보기가 편리하고, 대형 슈퍼마켓도 멀지 않습니다. 전반적으로 일상생활이 꽤 편리해서 그래도 추천하고 싶습니다.

새 아파트는 시설이 모두 좋고, 공용 공간에 중앙 에어컨이 있습니다!! 분리된 세탁기-건조기 유닛이 있으며, 식기세척기, 완벽하게 통합된 대형 냉장고, 신선한 공기 환기 시스템도 갖추어져 있어 주방 청소가 매 2주마다 이루어집니다. 매트리스는 매우 편안하며, 아파트에서는 매트리스 커버도 제공합니다. 아래층에는 커피 머신이 있으며, 차를 우릴 수 있는 뜨거운 물도 이용할 수 있습니다. 남향의 빛이 매우 좋고, 북향에 대해서는 잘 모르겠으나, 방음이 꽤 좋고 배수 시스템도 잘 되어 있습니다.

25년은 꽤 좋습니다. 26년 여름 방학부터 인근 부지에서 공사가 진행 중입니다.

장점: 대형 냉장고, 식기 세척기, 독립 세탁 및 건조기, 오븐, 전자레인지, 기차역과 가까움. <br> 단점: 모리슨에서 조금 멀리 (도보 15분 거리) 있지만 근처에 테스코가 있음.
