The house is located on the third floor of Oasis Residence, a well-known high-end apartment in Leeds. The area is as high as 31.1 square meters. Breakfast is provided every day, private cinema, study room and gym. The apartment is also well located. It takes less than five minutes to walk to school, two minutes to downtown and 13 minutes to the railway station.
Within a minute's walk there is the largest supermarket in downtown Leeds, a number of shopping malls, two supermarkets and a 24-hour convenience store.
The official average price of the house is now around 380 pounds, because I signed it more than half a year in advance and the price is very cheap. Now I want to share the rent with someone else, so I transfer it.
