What’s Advance Rent Contribution Payment
An advance rent contribution of £150 towards your first rent instalment will be due at the time of completing your application. This amount is credited to your first rent instalment. Should you fail to proceed with the booking after accepting your Tenancy Agreement, the advance rent contribution will be retained by the Landlord to compensate for costs incurred as a result of the breach of contract.

How to pay the deposit? Will there be a refund?
The deposit will be open for payment 10 days before the start of the contract. Since the standards of each apartment building are different, the amount of the deposit and whether it needs to be paid will vary. Please log in to your payment interface to check whether you need to pay the deposit and the corresponding amount. When moving out of the apartment later, the apartment will determine the refund amount of the deposit based on the property status of the room.
