The online system is asking me to "make a payment immediately." What does this mean?
Don't worry. This is the step for binding your card. By clicking "Pay Now," you are only submitting your details to the secure payment gateway of the card processing center. Payment will only be made on the specified date, and the full amount will not be charged on the day of booking.
How to pay rent?
The apartment supports two payment methods: guarantee card automatic deduction or bank wire transfer.
1. Guarantee Card Automatic Deduction
On the payment deadline, the apartment will automatically deduct the rent from the guarantee card you have linked according to the payment schedule. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your guarantee card on the payment day and confirm that the issuing bank of your guarantee card supports this transaction.
2. Bank Wire Transfer
If your guarantee card cannot be used for rent payment, please proceed with a bank transfer in advance. Before making the payment, communicate with your bank to confirm what materials you need to bring for the wire transfer and make sure to bring the corresponding documents. Additionally, please ask the bank to assist you in calculating any intermediary fees to ensure the full rent amount is received. Be sure to use the bank information provided by the apartment for your payment (if you have not received the apartment's bank account information via email and intend to use a wire transfer to pay rent, please send an email to the apartment in advance to obtain the official payment details). Also, add the appropriate reference information. Please do not trust any third-party payment accounts, and finally, ensure that the full rent amount is received, and send the remittance slip to the apartment for account verification.
