이 아파트의 방음이 매우 부족하여 중국인 룸메이트가 필요하다는 요구는 충족되지 않고 있습니다. 룸메이트는 매우 지저분하여 주방과 욕실이 매우 불쾌합니다. 이 관계는 완전히 의미가 없습니다.
From the very beginning, I was extremely nervous about finding accommodation abroad. I had no experience, didn’t know what to expect, and was so worried about scams, bad locations, or places that didn’t look like the photos. But everything changed when I met Timi.
She wasn’t just an agent she truly felt like an older sister taking care of me every step of the way. From day one, Timi was warm, understanding, and genuinely thoughtful. She didn’t just send me options and disappear; she listened, asked questions, gave honest advice, and really helped me figure out what would work best for me.
She went above and beyond to make sure I understood every part of the process — from contracts, payments, to even helping with communication with landlords. What I appreciated most was how patient and kind she was. Even when I was indecisive or confused, Timi never made me feel like a burden. She always made time for me, responded quickly, and gave me the confidence to make the right decision.

When can I check in?
You can check in on the day the contract starts. If you are arriving at the apartment outside of business hours, it's best to inform the apartment in advance so they can arrange your check-in.
When is the rent payment deadline?
The rent due date can be found in the contract. Log into your Dwell account, open the dropdown menu, and click on the Message option to view your contract. Make the payment for the corresponding amount before the date displayed in the Due Date section. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, please note that international wire transfers are not instant and should be completed at least one week in advance.
