프런트 직원들은 모두 꽤 친절합니다. 수리 요청이나 그런 일을 신고하면 매우 빠르게 대응해 줍니다. 24시간 프런트가 정말 좋고, 택배를 수령하기도 매우 편리합니다. 밤에 가끔 소음이 있긴 하지만, 보통 프런트에 가서 이야기하면 해결할 수 있습니다. 유일한 문제는 청소 서비스가 없어서 주방 같은 공용 공간은 거주자들이 직접 청소해야 한다는 점입니다. 룸메이트가 매우 랜덤하게 배정되기 때문에 1인실은 추천하지 않습니다.
