It is hard to imagine that the reception area at a student apartment building is empty, with no security or staff around. If you need assistance, you have to call and wait for someone to arrive. Only the British seem to enjoy working. The facilities in the room are neither particularly good nor particularly bad, just average. Having multiple windows is a plus.
In summary, the cost-performance ratio seems worse than at Student Castle Brighton, with the only advantage being its proximity to a large supermarket and fewer residents (at least for i people).
