Amazing staff, great location!
Mr. Ranbir who initiated our accommodation journey is still looking after even every minute minute details of our accommodation. His sorting skills for properties is top notch ..we didnt have to explain him much ..he got us the right property at perfect pocket price. He even picks calls in midnight for help. And he is specialist in complicated and rush cases. Great asset for uhomes

When is the due date for rent payment?
Regardless of whether it is an installment payment or a one-time payment, the deadline for the first payment for the room in 2024 is approximately August 2024. Please refer to the contract for the specific time and the supplier’s explanation shall prevail.
How to pay rent?
To pay the rent, you need to log in to the apartment account for payment, and you can pay by swiping your card (supporting credit card or debit card)
When I make a reservation, is the Booking Fee paid a deposit? How to refund?
Booking Fee is prepaid rent, used as a deposit. After you check in successfully, the Booking Fee will be deducted from your rent and will not be refunded.
