이 방은 매우 편안하고, 수납 공간이 많이 있습니다. 방음은 그리 좋지 않으며, 아파트의 리셉션 시간은 매우 유연합니다.

1층에서 1년 동안 살았습니다 장점: 이 아파트의 가장 큰 장점은 위치가 매우 좋다는 것입니다. 정문 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있고, 학교 방향으로 10분 정도 걸어가면 경전철역이 있습니다. 길 건너 대각선 방향에 대형 쇼핑센터가 있어 거의 모든 종류의 매장이 있으며, KFC와 맥도날드 같은 패스트푸드점도 있습니다. 아파트 바로 아래에는 중국 슈퍼마켓도 있어 매우 편리합니다. 뒤쪽에는 자전거를 주차할 수 있는 작은 마당이 있습니다. 아래층에는 헬스장도 있습니다. 공용 세탁실 단점: 가격은 확실히 저렴하지 않습니다. 시설이 가격에 비해 그만한 가치가 없다고 할 수 있습니다. 프런트 데스크는 24시간 운영되지 않습니다. 오전 9시부터 오후 5/6시까지 운영되며, 프런트 데스크 직원들이 종종 임의로 휴가를 내서 아무도 없고 셔터가 내려져 있는 경우가 많습니다. 무슨 일이 생기면 그들이 근무 중인지부터 확인해야 합니다. 프런트 데스크 직원 중 한 명은 태도가 매우 나쁘며, 거의 중국인을 깔보는 듯한 느낌입니다. 보안 문제가 있습니다. 제 자전거를 주차장에 세워 두었는데 자물쇠가 잘려 있었습니다. 다행히 자전거는 도난당하지 않았지만 정말 무서웠습니다. 또한 화재경보기가 계속 작동해 하루에도 여러 번 울릴 수 있습니다.

Is an installment purchase possible?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay the rent in three installments, in September, January and April. If there is no valid UK guarantor, full rent must be paid 1 month before the start of the contract.

How to pay rent?

Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, then tick the items that need to be paid, and click pay to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron.
