I got really great support from the Uhomes team, especially Ms. Van Anh and Ms. Trang. They helped me a lot — from finding a room that fit my budget, location, and even a housemate from Vietnam, to quickly responding when I had issues with international payment. Big thanks to the team for all the support!
My experience has been truly positive thanks to the outstanding support from Nhan Nguyen. She was professional, patient, and always ready to help throughout the housing process. Nhan made everything clear and easy to follow, from finding the right property to finalizing all the details. I really appreciate her responsiveness and warm attitude, it made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. Highly recommended!
