[Apartment Lease Period]
The minimum lease term is six months. 

[Cost Details]
One month's rent as deposit and one month's rent in advance
Rent includes WIFI, weekly cleaning, air conditioning service, and maintenance (excluding materials needed for repairs)
Utility costs shared equally (water, electricity, gas)

[Apartment Features]
The supporting facilities are complete, and you can move in with your bags.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located near SSTC/TMC.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. If a tenant loses the key/access card, the tenant shall bear the replacement cost. The fee will be determined by the apartment.
2. A management fee of 30 SGD will be charged for door opening services. The timing of the service will be at the discretion of the apartment.
3. A late fee of 50 SGD will be charged for rent payments delayed more than 7 days, and 100 SGD for delays exceeding 14 days.
4. Please do not use the washing machine/dryer between 11 PM and 9 AM the next day.
5. Cooking is prohibited after 11 PM.
6. Please clean up immediately after using the kitchen, for example, do not leave unwashed dishes in the sink and please dispose of garbage yourself.
7. Overnight guests are not allowed.
8. Please do not wear outdoor shoes indoors; indoor slippers are permitted. Ensure all shoes are placed on the shoe rack.
9. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. Tenants will incur cleaning fees upon the first violation, and repeated violations may result in contract termination.
