[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
If the lease term is one year, the rent includes the cost of water, electricity, and internet; The lease term of six months is not included.  
Subsequent rent payments should be made in Singapore dollars (monthly payment). If you pay in RMB, you need to deposit one and pay three.
