[Apartment Lease Period]
The shortest lease term is three months.

[Booking Process]
1. Lease Agreement (to be signed by you)

[Room Booking]
· Deposit (equivalent to one month's rent)
· One-time management fee: $218 (inclusive of GST)
· Stamp duty payable to the government: calculated accordingly
· One month's rent (includes a $50 membership fee)
· Moving-out fee: $163.5−$273 (inclusive of GST, varies by room type) deducted from the deposit, with the remaining amount refunded to the member at the end of the tenancy
* The deposit will be refunded within 45 days after the expiration of the lease
· 30 days prior to the expiration of the lease, notice of renewal or relocation is required

[Important Check-in Information]
All rooms are mixed-gender.
No smoking indoors; a fine of $300 will be imposed for violations, with repeated offenses leading to the termination of the lease and forfeiture of the deposit.
Garbage must be disposed of promptly to prevent pest infestations.
Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
Late-night noise is prohibited.
