[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The displayed price for the room type is based on annual payment. If you choose to pay semi-annually or quarterly, the rent will increase accordingly.
The price includes internet, weekly cleaning, routine maintenance, move-out cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, and 24-hour dormitory management service.
Utilities are split equally based on the monthly bill.

[Booking Process]
1. Provide the main page of your passport to generate the contract.
2. Pay the deposit to secure the room; pay the full rent (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) 3 days before move-in.
3. A one-time registration fee of SGD 200 applies to every student (no monthly payments; no additional fee for lease renewal, but it must be paid again if you move out and re-book).
4. Apart from the deposit and registration fee, there are no other miscellaneous charges (utilities are shared for some properties). 
5. The deposit will be refunded within 15 working days after check-out.

The pictures and videos are reference pictures of the apartment types in the same community. The final room will be subject to the actual room occupied. For further information, please contact the consultant.
