The apartment is located in the east of Singapore and is a townhouse, close to the city center. Each room is equipped with an independent bathroom, including a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, chairs, etc. You only need to pack your bags and move in, starting an exciting study abroad life.
[Lease term]
The minimum lease term is three months. Payment can be made in a lump sum or quarterly. 

[Cost details]
Rent: Monthly rent * Rental period  
One-time Registration Fee: 480 SGD (Signing contracts for 12 months or more will result in a one-time reduction of 300 SGD in registration fee)
Deposit: 2000 SGD per person (Complete the check-out form in advance before moving out, and within 30 days after the contract expires, the deposit will be refunded via the original payment account once the apartment confirms there are no issues with the property)  
Stamp Duty: To be paid by the student, the apartment will assist in the stamp duty application process  
Transparent Fees (All-inclusive pricing, no hidden costs): No water bill, no electricity bill, no internet fee, no air conditioning cleaning and maintenance fee, no management fee, no service fee, no washing machine usage fee, no common area cleaning fee, no deposit for door card or key fee.  
*Bank transfer fees are borne by the student 

[Booking Process]
STEP 1: Fill out the apartment booking form and PI test [Provide passport\IPA\Guardian's passport (if needed)]  
STEP 2: Sign the rental contract and make the payment.  
STEP 3: Check-in.  
- Check-in hours:  
10 AM to 5 PM; if checking in outside of normal hours, self-check-in is possible. Please consult with the uhomes staff and the apartment for details.  
- Check-in Instructions:  
1. On the day of check-in, bring the student's passport.  
2. Please check the room condition within 7 days and contact apartment staff if any issues are found.
- Check-in Notice: The tenant must be at least 15 years old.

[Risk Statement]
The supplier offers multiple payment cycle methods. In order to avoid causing losses to tenants due to one-time payments, we recommend that you pay rent in installments while fully considering the interests of each customer. If you choose another payment cycle, you will be responsible for all consequences if there are any losses incurred.
