인터넷 속도는 좋지 않지만, 다른 점에서는 꽤 만족하고 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 진지하고 책임감이 있습니다. 공용 공간은 깨끗하고, 방은 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 환경은 매우 실용적입니다. 외국인 교수 Qiqi는 방 예약에 대해 매우 책임감이 있습니다.

Apartment introduction: Coliwoo 1A Lutheran is located near the National University School of Law. In the Bukit Timah area, we provide professionals and students with an affordable room rental option and various shared facilities, enriching their shared living experience here. For those who love nature, this peaceful pastoral shared house is on par with any apartment on Orchard Road.
Coliwoo 1A Lutheran offers a variety of room types to provide guests with a private space that is both suitable for work and leisure. The shared facilities include a spacious gym, fully equipped social kitchen, lounge, and 24-hour monitoring, making this shared residence an ideal living choice.
The apartment is only a 10 minute drive from the bustling Orchard Road, and there are also many natural landscapes nearby for guests to explore, including lush botanical gardens and the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Farrer Road, Botanical Garden, and Tan Kah Kee are three subway stations within an 8-minute walk, making commuting very convenient. Surrounded by multiple supermarkets, convenience stores, clinics, and ATMs.
