Our residences offers you different types of rooms (single, double and twin) with different decorative styles (retro and modern). Our residences are located in Rio Tinto, Porto and all of them are very well located, near to the main Campus of Porto University as well as near to São João Hospital, Oncology Institute (IPO), Católica University, Lusíada University, Portucalense University, Fernando Pessoa University and Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
Most of our guests are foreign university students, so you will have the opportunity to meet new friends and new cultures. Taking advantage of the common areas (kitchen, dining room, terraces, barbecue and garden) our guests often organize multicultural dinners and parties.
