Our student accommodation at Livensa Living Coimbra Rio is only a few minutes walking distance from the main faculties at Polo I of the Universidade de Coimbra. It’s also very well-connected by bus to other locations and universities. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and from there, you can visit the rest of the country. The city center is also just a few minutes away, and there you’ll find everything you need.

At Livensa Living Coimbra Rio, we want your time at university to be like no other, and we’ve designed our student accommodation in Coimbra with that goal in mind. It’s an up-to-date space with plenty of history and everything you need to feel at home, safe and comfortable at all times.

Our accommodation is located on the banks of the Mondego, the river that cuts through this spectacular university city. The university area is just a few minutes’ walk away; we’re in the perfect spot to enjoy the student scene and historic charm of this magical city.

【Twin】
All of our rooms are fully equipped with everything you need to make your experience truly unforgettable: private bathroom ensuite, a kitchenette (sink, microwave-grill and fridge with freezer), air conditioning (hot and cold), TV and 100 Mb Wi-Fi. Access to a fully equipped common kitchen.

Apartment Services:
You don’t have to worry about water, electricity or gas bills – they’re all included in the price! We have 24-hour staff, on-call maintenance, parcel collection, and bicycle parking. Self-service laundry is a paid service.
