Additional Charges Upon Check-Out:

- Air-conditioner servicing: RM100

- Housekeeping: RM50

- Indah Water (Sewerage Fee): RM10/month, RM120 will deduct from deposit if rent 12 months.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Inclusions: Monthly rental includes unit maintenance (wear and tear only), weekly housekeeping for common areas, and Wi-Fi.

Exclusions: Electricity and water charges are excluded and payable by the tenant (top up)

Tenancy Agreement: Standard tenancy period is 12 months. Short term rent (eg 3 months) will required higher rental, subject to avaibility. 

Deposit Forfeiture: The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit in the event of early termination or breach of terms.

Twin-Sharing Rooms: Published rates are for single occupancy. For twin sharing, an additional RM100/month applies, with a corresponding deposit top-up.
