Property Description:
Indoor smoking and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Please sort and recycle garbage. Fire safety regulations must be strictly observed.
If you wish to extend the lease, please submit an extension request at least one month before the expiration date; without prior notice, the lease will be terminated on the expiration date.
If pest infestations occur or if the sink and bathroom drains become clogged due to negligence during the stay, the tenant must bear the full cost of pest control and repairs.
To prevent indoor mold during your stay, please open the windows 1-2 times a day to ensure adequate ventilation. If mold develops due to poor ventilation, wallpaper replacement and restoration fees may be charged upon check-out.
Check-out Penalties: If misuse of the room or leftover food causes cockroach infestations and damages facilities during the stay, the full cost of pest control and repairs will be deducted upon check-out.
Included Appliances & Furniture: Air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave, desk, bed, wardrobe, chair, shoe cabinet.
Bedding (quilts, pillows), tableware, and daily necessities must be purchased by the tenant.
