This is a studio space on the first floor of a detached house. The entrance faces a 4-meter wide road.
Myeongdong, Dongdaemun, Namdaemun, and Hyehwa-dong are all within a 30-minute public transportation ride from downtown Seoul.
Korea University, Duksung Women's University, and Seokyeong University are also within a 30-minute travel time.
There is a small park in front of the house, making it a great place for exercise.
