About the Space

Yonsei Hall branch is located in the Ewha University and the Sinchon area, within a 10 minute walking distance to either university.
Yonsei Hall has 2 types of rooms; Normal and Premium room, fully furnished.

All rooms are strictly for single-person use only.

We are operating the entire building, and the room's condition, design, size and structure are same as described and shown in the photos. It is impossible to manage each and every room, so we put every bits of the room.
However, room's furniture may differs and some rooms may have less sunlight ratio depending on the location of the rooms in different parts of the building. If you reserve the room, you will have the exact condition, design, size and the structure according to the description and photos shown.

Rooms are shown in the photo albums and room assignments are determined by the host and based on current availability at the time of check-in. The host shall retain the rights to change your room before check in according to all the rooms availability and reservation status.

The neighborhood is quiet & safe, and the building is behind the main road, minimizing noise while maintaining excellent accessibility. Despite its peaceful location, the neighborhood offers diverse restaurants, cafes, convenience stores (CU, GS25), parks, and leisure facilities, all conveniently accessible within a short walk.

Utilities and Maintenance

The price you're seeing now is the monthly rent. When you proceed to the checkout, you shall see utility fees being incurred. It's an advance payment of the utility fees for your entire period of stay. Garbage bags for general and food waste can be purchased from nearby supermarkets and convenience stores. Recyclables should be sorted and placed in transparent bags.

3. Wifi, digital door lock
Not included:
1. Kitchenette : Full kitchen (kitchen utensils provided) on the rooftop, shared among tenants
2. Washer : Washer & dryer available on the rooftop, free to use (detergents not provided)

*Premium room type (5th & 6th floor) has kitchenette, washer in the apartment
*Bedding is set up in every room (Pillow with cover, blanket with cover and mattress sheet is included)

*Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to begin room maintenance and preparation. Therefore, regardless of platform policies or any other circumstances, the room will be considered officially checked out after 11:00 AM, and operations/maintenance will proceed accordingly. This notice shall serve as the final declaration.
