Property Description: Tenant is obligated to maintain the property in its original condition during the lease term until the contract expires. The tenant is responsible for repairing any everyday consumables damaged during use; however, the landlord is responsible for repairs of any aging or damaged facilities not caused by the tenant's fault.

Furniture and Appliance Compensation (Optional): The landlord provides air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, mattress, wardrobe, and other furniture and appliances. The tenant is liable for compensation for any damage caused by their intentional act or negligence.

Termination Notice: The tenant must notify the landlord of termination two months prior to the contract expiration date; failure to do so will be considered an automatic renewal of the contract (implied renewal). Early Termination: If terminating the lease early during the contract period, the tenant must find a new tenant before moving out and will be responsible for the landlord's agency fee.

Included Fees: Monthly internet and water fees are included in the monthly rent and must be paid in advance along with the rent from the move-in date.

Self-Paid Fees: Monthly electricity and gas fees are the tenant's responsibility.

Tenant's Move-Out Cleaning Fee: A move-out cleaning fee of 120,000 KRW will be charged upon move-out.

Prohibited Activities: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors.

Landlord's Commitment: The landlord promises not to establish any mortgages or other additional rights on the property within two business days after the final payment date. If this commitment is breached, the tenant has the right to terminate the contract, and the landlord must return double the deposit.
