<Special terms and conditions>

- The lessee is responsible for preserving the original of the leased goods at the time of the contract until the expiration of the term, and repairing and using the damaged consumables at the expense of the lessee, Any breakdown or damage to the building's aging facilities caused by the tenant's irresponsible behavior shall be repaired by the landlord.
The tenant must notify the landlord in advance, no later than two months prior to the expiration of the lease term, whether they intend to vacate the premises. If not, it will be considered an implicit renewal. (If the contract expires, cooperate so that it can be rented)
- If the lessee leaves within the term of the contract, the lessee must leave after finding the next lessee and bear the lessee's intermediary remuneration.
- No other person may reside without the permission of the tenant. In case of residence of another person, the tenant may evict the tenant.
- This building is for women only, so the tenant is not allowed to bring boyfriends or friends into the room. If the tenant brings friends into the room, the tenant may evict the tenant.
The lessor agrees to return the security deposit to the lessee on the expiration date specified in the contract.
The tenant shall bear the cleaning fee of 100,000 won upon vacating the premises.
The tenant is responsible for paying the monthly utility bills (electricity and gas) separately.
Tenants are prohibited from smoking or keeping pets indoors.

Property Description: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the leased property in its original condition before the lease expires. If consumables are damaged during use, the tenant shall bear the cost of repairs and continue use. However, the landlord is responsible for repairs of old building facilities and malfunctions not caused by the tenant.

- The tenant should notify the landlord two months in advance whether they intend to terminate the lease; otherwise, it will be considered an unconditional renewal. (The landlord will assist with relocating the property after the contract expires.)

- When terminating the lease within the contract period, the tenant should do so only after finding a new tenant and bear the landlord's agency fee.

- No one else may reside in the property without the landlord's permission. The landlord may require the tenant to vacate the premises while another person is residing there.

- This building is for women only; therefore, tenants are not allowed to bring their boyfriends or friends into the room. If a tenant brings a friend into the room, the landlord may require the tenant to vacate the premises.

The landlord shall return the security deposit to the tenant on the contract's expiry date.

- The tenant shall be responsible for a cleaning fee of 100,000 Korean Won upon vacating the premises.

- The tenant shall be responsible for monthly utility bills (electricity, gas, etc.).

- Smoking and pets are prohibited indoors.
