Property Description: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the leased property in its original condition upon signing the lease agreement until the lease expires. The tenant is responsible for repairing any everyday consumables damaged during use at their own expense; however, the landlord is responsible for repairing any aging or malfunctioning facilities not caused by the tenant's fault.

The landlord provides the following optional furniture and appliances (air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, bed, desk, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, etc.). The tenant is responsible for compensating for any damage caused by their intentional act or negligence.

The tenant must notify the landlord of their intention to terminate the lease two months prior to the lease expiration date. Failure to notify on time will be considered a default renewal (implied renewal).

If the tenant terminates the lease early during the contract period, they must find a new tenant independently before terminating the lease and will be responsible for the landlord's agency fee. The monthly management fee is 90,000 KRW (including water and internet), payable post-occupancy and included with the monthly rent.

The tenant is responsible for monthly utility bills such as electricity and gas.

An 80,000 KRW cleaning fee will be charged upon move-out. (This fee may be waived if the room is clean upon move-out; additional cleaning fees may apply if the room is very dirty.) Only one tenant is permitted. Pets are prohibited, smoking is not allowed, loud noises are prohibited, and tenants must not disturb other residents.
