Lease Term: Minimum 5 months.

Bills are included, but additional charges will apply if utilities exceed the free threshold. A cleaning fee will be charged upon move-out, typically 75,000-150,000 KRW depending on room condition.

The security deposit will be refunded the month following move-out.

Subletting Policy: Subletting is permitted with the apartment's permission, provided the current tenant covers the subletter's contract period. The security deposit will be refunded if the room is undamaged.
