The apartment is conveniently located in Mong Kok, adjacent to Mong Kok MTR Station and Mong Kok East MTR Station. Suitable for students of Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU), City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).

*Rent includes management fees, including Wi-Fi, 24-hour room maintenance hotline, twice-daily garbage collection, and weekly cleaning of common areas.

* Book before March 31st for an exclusive platform discount: HKD 200/month including utilities.

*Standard lease term: 12 months

Deposit and Payment Methods:

Annual Payment:
* Initial deposit upon signing: Prepayment of the first two months' accommodation fees and utilities.
* Upon move-in: Prepayment of the first two months' accommodation fees and utilities.
* Within 14 days of move-in: Prepayment of the remaining 10 months' accommodation fees.
* From the 3rd month onwards: Prepayment of monthly utilities.

Quarterly Payment:
* Initial deposit upon signing: Prepayment of the first two months' accommodation fees and utilities.
* Upon move-in: Prepayment of the first two months' accommodation fees and utilities + prepayment of the third month's accommodation fees and utilities.
* Prepayment of the next 3 months' rent and utilities on or before the start of each quarter.

Short-stay policy for family and friends: Short-stays for family and friends are allowed, but prior application to the apartment is required (please consult apartment management for details).
