[Payment Method] Rental payment methods are divided into annual payment, semi-annual payment and quarterly payment. The details are as follows:

a. Annual payment: The security deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent, and the water, electricity and coal deposit is $5,000. The rent must be paid in a 6-month payment cycle, and the rent for the second half of the year must be paid before August 1, 2024;

b. Semi-annual payment: The security deposit is equivalent to 3 months' rent, and the water, electricity and coal deposit is $5,000. The rent must be paid in a 6-month payment cycle, that is, paid every half year;

c. Quarterly payment: The security deposit is equivalent to 3 months' rent, and the water, electricity and coal deposit is $5,000. The rent must be paid in a 3-month payment cycle, that is, paid once every quarter.

  After the tenant confirms his intention to rent, he must follow the following process:

a. Sign the lease and pay the first installment of rent: The tenant must pay the security deposit and the first installment of rent within 14 days after signing the lease contract. The amount of the first installment of rent depends on the selected payment method: annual payment tenants need to pay half a year Rent; semi-annual payment requires half a year's rent; quarterly payment requires one quarter's rent; annual payment tenants need to pay the remaining half-year's rent before August 1, 2024;

b. If the tenant confirms his intention to rent after August 1, 2024, the tenant who chooses annual payment must pay the security deposit and the full year's rent within 14 days after signing the lease contract.

Paid facilities and fees: laundry service, cleaning service (cleaning service (optional), once a week, HK$250/month required)

[Apartment Building Facilities] Floors 3-25. Gym, reception room, reading room, etc. There is a public laundry room on the first floor of the apartment for the use of residents of this building.

[Apartment lease period] The minimum lease period is one year, and the monthly rent is: (The rent for mid- and high-rise floors will be 1,000-2,000 yuan higher). The lease can be flexibly renewed after one year.
