The flatshare can be found in the "Cordeliers" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on floor #5 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen ustensils, crockery, kettle, pans… It also has an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, household waste tax, electricity, condominium fees.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Cordeliers district is one of the most central places to live in Lyon. This neighbourhood is ideally located between the “Place des Terreaux” and “Place Bellecour”, and between the Saône and Rhône rivers. This area gets its name from the Cordeliers priesthood, at the time you could recognise the priests thanks to the cords worn around their waists. Cordeliers is surrounded by many of Lyons emblematic buildings, most notably the Palais de la Bourse - which is now known as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, you will also notice the Saint Nizier church, a wonderful construction typical of gothic architecture. The “Presqu’île” district is the most sought after areas to live in Lyon, and is easily the liveliest neighbourhoods: here you can shop, dine to your heart's content! Here you will also be able to pass through the Presqu’île thanks to Rue de la République, one of the vibrant streets in town. With cobbled streets, hidden terasses, high-end boutiques, and Lyonnais bouchons, Cordeliers unifies all aspects for you to have the best stay! including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 890€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.

Deposit : 900€
