Our Claraval Student Residence, inaugurated in May 2016, is located on Calle San Bernardo, right next to the Metro San Bernardo, right in the heart of Madrid, next to Malasaña. With 186 beds, in different configurations (individual studios with private bathroom and kitchen, and 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with private bathroom and shared kitchen), it is the perfect accommodation for students looking for a more independent living experience.

The Claraval Student Residence is made-up of a different configurations of student flats. The apartments are 2 or 3 bed shared apartments or studios for one person only. All of them are of an exquisite design quality and are thought out for more independent students who want to have other students as neighbours and plan things together, but who prefer the tranquility of their own space.

Depending on the type of apartment or studio you choose, prices vary, but all the rooms include: a super comfortable bed with under-bed storage; private bathroom; large built-in wardrobe; study area with desk, over-desk LED light, desk light, ergonomic chair, and chest of drawers; high speed internet and WiFi; independent heating and air conditioning in each room; a mirror and coat racks.

The kitchen, whether shared or private is fully equipped with: hobs with a timer (so that you don’t burn anything); extractor fan, fridge freezer, wash basin and storage areas.
