Our coliving space is perfect for both national and international young people looking for a vibrant atmosphere in a lively neighborhood like La Latina. Just 7 minutes from Puerta del Ángel metro station and 8 minutes from Alto de Extremadura, you’ll be well-connected to the entire city.
Additionally, your stay includes:
1.All utilities (water, electricity, and gas).
2.Free and secure high-speed WiFi through a captive portal.
3.Weekly cleaning of common areas. It’s everyone’s responsibility to keep the spaces organized, but our cleaning team will clean the common areas for free.
4.Bi-weekly cleaning of rooms with free linen changes. Forget about buying your own sheets or doing your bed linen laundry—our team takes care of it!
We know how challenging it can be to start from scratch in a new place, so we organize weekly events and activities to help you integrate quickly. Our tenants are between 18 and 30 years old, and the contracts are flexible, from 3 to 11 months, with no commissions or management fees.
You only need to pay a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent.
The building consists of four floors:
•The basement floor houses the laundry area, game room, chill-out area, and storage.
•The ground floor features the building’s access hallway, the shared kitchen, TV room, and two shared bathrooms.
•The other floors (from 1 to 3) have 11 rooms per floor. Only tenants of that floor have access to each floor. Each floor has different bathrooms, with a total of 6 showers, 5 sinks, and several WCs. The bathrooms are shared among the tenants of the respective floor.
•On the rooftop, there’s a terrace with a barbecue, chill-out area, and solarium where you can enjoy the views of Madrid. Access is prohibited after 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.
This room includes the following:
•A double bed (135 cm) with a pillow and bed linen so our cleaning team can do your bed linen laundry.
•A four-door wardrobe with an overhead shelf to store your suitcase, though there is also space under the bed.
•A desk with a chair and desk lamp for your study hours.
•An adjustable electric radiator and shelving.
