Note: Weekly cleaning of the apartment with a change of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Outdoor parking spaces directly at the building can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 and Checkout before 12:00. A monthly fee of 65 EUR for energy surcharge will be asked. Incase of smoking in the apartments or severe damages it is charged a €250 fee.

Community areas: Attractive communal areas and additional community kitchen for socializing with other guests. Free use of our coffee and tea station. Starting in March 2026, there will be a rotating food truck offering on our premises on weekdays from Monday to Thursday.
