Transportation is convenient as it is walking distance to Yishan Road Station on metro Lines 3, 4 and 9 and Shanghai Stadium Station on Lines 1 and 4, as well as being located near the elevated inner ring road.
A portion of the building's façade uses a mosaic material to create a three-dimensional flowing texture. Designers have re-divided the space into an urban community that integrates retail shops and residential spaces. The building has a total height of 7 floors. The 1st floor is the retail space and floors 2-7 are baseLlVlNG. The zone divisions are highly functional and the room type ratio fulfills the needs of diversified living.

[Room Usage]

- Do not sublet, lend, or transfer the apartment to others without permission. For early lease termination or subletting needs, please contact the front desk.

[Pet Room Guidelines]
- An additional pet cleaning fee of 3000 yuan applies for bringing pets.
I. Accommodation Eligibility
- Pet rooms are open only to guests with cats or dogs.
- Large dogs are not allowed to ensure the comfort and safety of pets and other residents.
II. Pet Management
- Pets must be healthy, clean, and free from contagious diseases or conditions that may harm other residents or the apartment environment.
- Pets must wear leashes or other restraints in public areas and be accompanied by their owners. Pets should not disturb other residents' daily lives.
- Pet owners must promptly clean up after their pets in the room, ensuring cleanliness.
III. Responsibilities and Obligations
- Pet owners are responsible for their pets' behavior in the apartment and must compensate at cost for any damage caused to rooms or public areas.
- Pet owners must comply with all hotel regulations and must not take pets into prohibited areas.
- Pets must use pet-friendly marked elevators for moving between floors.
IV. Reservation and Registration
- When booking a pet room, inform the front desk in advance about the pet's species and size to arrange an appropriate room.
- During check-in, pet owners must present relevant documents (such as vaccination records, health certificates) for registration.
V. Additional Information
- Should any discomfort or accidents occur with pets during the stay, the guest service department can assist in contacting a nearby pet hospital. Related expenses are borne by the pet owner.
