The apartment is furnished, and each room is equipped with a single bed, desk and chair, storage cabinets under the bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and shutters. However, personal items such as bedding, pots and pans, and toiletries need to be prepared by the tenant.

What does private mean in XBXB?

"The naming method of Canadian apartments is XBXB. The first B refers to the number of bedrooms, and the second B refers to the bathroom, which is the number of bathrooms; for example, 3B3B refers to the type of apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
