Located in the heart of downtown, CampusOne is a newly built Toronto student rent affiliated with the University of Toronto. The building is also close to Toronto Metropolitan University and OCAD University. Looking at the map, CampusOne Toronto is literally across the street from UofT's main campus. Choose from self-contained studios or 2- to 5-bedroom suites for a group of people. Nearby the CampusOne downtown building, there are lots of facny restaurnat, cafes and entertainment options.

CampusOne floor plan includes studio, 2b1b, 3b2b, 4b2b, 5b3b and b5b2b. All Campus 1 apartments follow a standard student apartment layout. All units come with basic furniture at move‑in, including a bed, desk, chair, and closet, so you can basically show up with your suitcase and start living. The property offers all inclusive bills, with your rent covers unlimited internet, electricity and water. One of CampusOne's key strengths is its focus on being study‑friendly. For supermarkets near CampusOne Toronto, you just getting out of the building: Kensington Market is a go‑to neighbourhood on weekends. And then there's Chinatown Toronto, which is basically the core hub for Asian groceries, budget‑friendly restaurants, and everything you need for daily life as an international or local student alike.

Transport

Nearby CampusOne, there are some bus stations, Bathurst St at College St and Harbord St at St George St are about a 10-minute walk, making it easy to explore the city. Queen's Park is a subway station also within 10 minutes from the building.

What does private mean in XBXB?

"The naming method of Canadian apartments is XBXB. The first B refers to the number of bedrooms, and the second B refers to the bathroom, which is the number of bathrooms. For example, 3B3B refers to the apartment type with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. House types marked with [single] or [private] refer to a single bedroom, and one bedroom can accommodate one person"
