Yugo Perth City is a luxury student accommodation in Perth, that offers a range of twin studios, en-suites, and shared apartments. Yugo Perth City is in the heart of the social and cultural district, on the edge of the CBD shopping area in the city centre. Ideally situated in a busy place, The University of Western Australia is 14 minutes by car, and Yugo Perth City is just a 3-minute walk from Mclver College and close to public transport stops, meaning that whether you're attending a city centre educational institution or one of the significant universities outside of Perth's CBD, getting to school is always quick and easy.

Features:

Yugo Perth City has four room types: two shared rooms, four non-en suite rooms, two en suite rooms, and two studios. The Perth student accommodation on 89 Stirling Street creates a tremendous social, communal living environment. If you only want to share a space with another person, we have the Twin Studio. This room allows for spacious living whilst maintaining privacy, so it is perfect for two friends to share. You'll share the kitchen and living area. Attractively, the all-inclusive bills cover the water, electricity, and gas fees. The apartment offers 24/7 support and provides free regular cleaning in shared rooms.

Flat Facilities: fully furnished rooms, maintenance service, high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, on-site communal laundry, study room, premium kitchen appliances including full-size integrated fridge/freezer, TV, secure electronic door entry, 24-hour on-site team, fully equipped gym, post and parcel service, secure bike storage, outdoor swimming pool, communal kitchen, outdoor terrace, rooftop terrace, and rooftop cinema.

Location and What's Hot?

Yugo Perth City is very well located in a busy area with many places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. There are a lot of supermarkets; NP Supermarket is just a 6-minute walk away with everything you need. You can also go to the Shopping Centre, where a few excellent shops exist, such as Tyne Square Shopping Centre and Forrest Chase. There are many delicious restaurants, and we recommend Restaurant 1903 and Restaurant in the Sky; they are about a 10-minute walk away. Besides Yugo Perth is close to many coffee shops, such as McDonald's and Bench Espresso. Yugo Perth City is a great way to get a taste of Perth life.

Transport:

Yugo Perth City is easily accessible by public transport, with a 4-minute walk to the bus stops, Beaufort St Museum and Art Centre. If you're travelling further afield, you can take the train to Mciver in 8 minutes, and there's also an airport nearby, Perth Airport, which is a 17-minute bus ride away. Yugo Perth City is also close to many universities,

19 minutes by car to Curtin College.
20 minutes by car to Curtin University Bentley Campus.
The University of Western Australia is 14 minutes by car.
