Close to The University of Newcastle and 8 minutes by car. The flats are fully furnished, mainly Non-En-suite, and offer a wide range of living and leisure facilities including BBQ areas, grassy outdoor lounge areas and fully equipped kitchens. Henry St is close to Newcastle's beaches, parks and shopping, making the neighbourhood very easy to live in.

Room amenities include Ceiling Fans, a TV, a Bed, a Desk, Chairs, Closets, and a Lamp. Students can move right in with a turnkey bag, and the residence hall area has an open-air barbecue area, a grassy outdoor lounge area, and a communal laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. In addition, we provide clotheslines. All you need to provide is bedding! We have a professional cleaning service team that comes in every fortnight to clean the common areas

Convenient supermarkets such as Coles Mayfield, and Woolworths Mayfield are within walking distance of the flat. For those who like to shop, there is the Mayfield East Shopping Village or Picarardi Centre, and after shopping, you can dine with friends at Ho Wah Restaurant, Thai Bar Restaurant, and for those who like fast food, there is McDonald's. Peaberrys Coffee Roasters and The Village Newcastle are good cafes near the flat.

It takes 12 minutes to walk to the bus station Industrial Dr opp Hunter Bulk Terminal. You can reach another site, Hunter Bulk Terminal, Industrial Dr, in a 14-minute walk. The University of Newcastle can be reached in 8 minutes by car, and Newcastle International College can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Students who want to travel far can go to Newcastle Airport, which takes 24 minutes by car.
