In recent years, there have been cases in the rental market where tenants suffered losses due to paying the full year's rent upfront. To safeguard the rights of all clients, none of the apartment buildings we collaborate with require tenants to pay the entire year's rent in advance. Please make careful decisions based on your individual circumstances. If any losses occur due to personal reasons, the consequences will be borne by the tenant themselves.
2. Regarding the change in apartment rent:
Kindly note: Due to factors such as market conditions, building level, and lease commencement time, the rent may fluctuate. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Xiaoju for assistance.
3. The apartment management reserves the right to disclaim liability. It is recommended to have a personal or third-party inspection before making a reservation. Any resulting consequences will be borne by the individual.
4. According to local rental laws, at least 28 days (or the time limit specified in the apartment rules/contract) before the lease term ends, you must notify the apartment management whether you will terminate the lease and provide the exact date of move-out. Failure to respond within the required time frame will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.
